2 lbs. chicken wings
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 c. Chili sauce
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Place chicken in single layer in roasting pan. Brush with oil. Broil 10 minutes turning once, until lightly browned. Drain fat.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Turn wings occasionally.
